Your Day-to-Day Tasks as General Maintenance will be:
Inspects building facilities to assure continuous working condition.
Perform general repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and building structure.
Performs preventive maintenance.
Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies.
Diagnostic and troubleshooting
Maintaining a clean and organized environment

The Maintenance Tech Assistant Job Requires:
Ability to perform basic tasks like reading and counting.
Mechanically inclined
Understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical applications.
Comfortable standing or moving for the full shift.
Teamwork and cooperative mindset.
Punctual and ready to work.
Perform basic reading, writing, and math
Lift up to 50 pounds
Walk, stand, and / or sit for an entire shift
Grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, bend, squat, kneel, or balance
Work well with others in a team environment
Arrive at work on time
