Join Diverse Staffing, a leading staffing agency specializing in light industrial and warehouse staffing solutions! We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, increase staffing sales, and build strong customer relationships in the Fort Worth market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to generate leads and close new business
Identify staffing needs within manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse environments
Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and corporate clients
Present customized staffing solutions and negotiate service agreements
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay competitive
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client relations (staffing industry preferred)
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
Strong cold calling, networking, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Bullhorn, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Familiarity with light industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary up to $90,000 annually (based on experience)
