Diverse Staffing is seeking a Staffing Market Manager with strong sales acumen and a passion for staffing and client success to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team in Greenwood, IN.

In this role, you will:
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a “customer for life” mindset
Lead daily branch operations while driving top-tier candidate and client experiences
Personally sell and close new staffing opportunities across the light industrial industry
Oversee recruiting, screening, onboarding, and compliance activities
Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver scalable workforce solutions
Drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting, networking, and lead generation
What You Bring:
5+ years in staffing, recruiting, and talent solutions
5+ years in hands-on management or client-facing leadership role
High-energy, results-driven approach to client service and business development
Knowledge of staffing industry best practices, compliance, and operations
Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and consistently exceed targets
Compensation & Perks:
