Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:
Lead a team of fulfillment associates to achieve daily targets related to picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
Monitor workflow and adjust labor allocation to meet operational demands and productivity goals.
Train, coach, and mentor team members on processes, safety procedures, and company policies.
Conduct daily floor walks to ensure SOPs are being followed and assist in resolving process bottlenecks.
Support inventory control efforts through accurate cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, other departments, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
Utilize WMS and other warehouse technologies to track productivity, orders, and inventory movements.
Provide feedback on associate performance and assist with scheduling and onboarding as needed.
Step in to perform hands-on tasks when necessary to support the team and ensure order fulfillment.

This Job Requires:
Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Bilingual – Spanish/English
3 years load experience in manufacturing/fullfillment environment.
Provide instructions to a workforce that’s 90% temporary workers.
Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, drawings, and BOM in English.
Communicate and clearly train assembly staff.
Label print software and Serial Scanning systems.
Punctual and ready to work.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
