This is a temp to hire position which includes a $2 raise after hired on full time.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:
Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requests.
Utilizing standup forklift to move large drums and other orders picked to shipping areas.
Ensure the accuracy of picked items and quantities vs bill of lading.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
Report any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors promptly.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating equipment.
Other duties as assigned

This Job Requires:
2 years minimum standup and sit-down forklift experience.
Proficient in English
Interview with customer prior to hire
Three (3) years related experience in manufacturing/ warehouse
Some WMS Experience is a plus
High School Diploma/ GED
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Sound communication and interpersonal skills
Teamwork and cooperative mindset.
Punctual and ready to work.
