Job Position: Bilingual Onsite Senior Recruiter
Location: Norcross, GA 30093
Pay Rate: Up to $49,920.00
Shift: Monday - Friday (flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shift as needed)
Diverse Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Onsite Senior Recruiter to join our team at our partnered client warehouse facility in Norcross, GA. As the Onsite Senior Recruiter, you will oversee all staffing operations within the warehouse, ensuring that all positions are filled promptly and efficiently to meet production demands.

What will you do?
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process for warehouse positions
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions
Develop and implement strategies to improve the recruitment and retention of warehouse staff
Address any staffing-related issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
Act as a liaison between the Diverse Staffing office and customer to ensure a smooth working relationship
Assist with completion of and gather investigative information from the customer after an injury has occurred
About you
Fluent in English and Spanish, required
On-site Monday-Friday, flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift
Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources roles
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of warehouse operations and staffing best practices
OSHA regulations and safety standards
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
