Diverse Staffing Services are continuing to grow, and we’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Closer / Business Development Manager to join our team in Savannah, GA.
This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for building and closing new client partnerships in the light industrial, manufacturing, and logistics sectors, all while embodying our core values of Faith, Family, Friendships, Finances, and Fulfillment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to closing and onboarding
Develop and execute a territory plan focused on Savannah and surrounding markets
Engage in in-person client visits, networking events, and community outreach
Present and sell a full suite of staffing services, including temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire
Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful job order fulfillment
Attend daily branch whiteboard meetings at 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM to stay aligned with delivery and priorities
Maintain detailed pipeline activity and reporting in CRM systems
Meet weekly KPIs tied to gross profit, client growth, new accounts, and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
2+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales or staffing industry experience
Demonstrated success in closing deals and consistently exceeding sales goals
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage all levels of decision-makers
Familiarity with light industrial and logistics markets is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Must be able to travel locally and maintain a flexible work schedule
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary up to $100,000 based on experience
Uncapped commission and performance-based bonus opportunities
